Wall Assembly
The wall assembly consists of steel studs with exterior sheathing, followed by an air and vapour barrier (AVB). Outboard of the sheathing, 100mm Z-girts were installed with closed-cell spray polyurthane foam (ccSPF) applied between them, along with secondary Z-girts set at 90 degrees to create a cross-battened insulation layer. The assembly is completed with SRP AirOutshield UV as the vapour-permeable air barrier and finished with Prodema panels installed with open joints.
