Wall Assembly

The existing cladding and deteriorated wood sheathing was removed and replaced. SRP AirOutshield WALL was installed as the primary air barrier, with all seams taped using SRP 60 UV tape. Battens and new cladding were then installed to complete the assembly. SRP AirOutshield WALL was selected for its high vapour-permeability, versatility across various substrates, and cost-effectiveness compared to a fully self-adhered membrane.
